How am I assessed?

Evaluation scale and criteria

The Diplomas in French for Professions comprise two series of activities: “Understanding and Processing Information” and “Oral Interaction”. Each series of activities is marked out of 100.

To obtain the Diploma in French for Healthcare, you must:
– obtain at least 50% for each series of activities,
– obtain an average of at least 60% for all activities.

Depending on the score obtained, the result for each set of activities is :

Diploma in French for Healthcare B1
Score obtained for all activities 0% > 59% 60% > 79% 80% > 100%
Results Insufficient (failed) Sufficient (success) Mention (success “avec mention”)

 

Diploma in French for Healthcare B2/C1
Score obtained for all activities 0% > 59% 60% > 79% 80% > 100%
Results Insufficient (failed) B2 C1

Can I submit an appeal?

You can request a verification of your results.

In this case, your request will be forwarded by the exam center to Le français des affaires, who will check the results. 

To make this request, you will find all the information you need on this page.

Under no circumstances will the answer keys be supplied to the center or to the candidate.

Le français des affaires will inform you and the test center manager of its decision within one week.

What should I do if I have not received my certificate?

The diploma is sent to you by e-mail.

Be sure to check your junk/spam mailboxes, where the e-mail can sometimes be found.

Your main contact for obtaining your results remains your exam center. It will be the first to know when these are available.

Don’t hesitate to get in contact with the test center for more information.
