Submitting an appeal for the TEF

Le français des affaires and its test centers do everything in their power to ensure that the TEF tests are taken under the best possible conditions and with fairness between candidates.

Despite these precautions, did you notice any problems with the organization of the session? Do you have any questions after receiving your results? As a first step, we invite you to contact your test center.

If you have noticed a serious anomaly or malfunction during your test, you have the right to submit an appeal.

You may submit an appeal within a maximum of 30 days from the date of issue of the results certificate.

Following your appeal, you will receive a response from our services within two weeks.

To do so, we invit you to connect to your user account.

To log in, use the e-mail address you provided when registering.

Then request your password by clicking on “Receive my login password”

• In the event of a serious anomaly or malfunction, your results will not be modified, but you will be offered the opportunity to retake the test(s) concerned, free of charge.
• Once the appeal procedure has begun, your previous scores, and therefore your old certificate, will be definitively canceled, regardless of your new results.
