Submitting an appeal for the DFP

Le français des affaires and its test centres make every effort to ensure that Examen civique examinations are conducted under the best possible conditions and in a fair manner for all candidates.

Do you have a question about your results, or do you think a problem occurred during your exam? We invite you to contact your test centre directly. If an appeal is possible, it must be submitted within 30 days of the issue date of your Statement of Results.

Important: Only serious incidents, anomalies, or technical issues that occurred during the administration of your test may be reviewed in consultation with your test centre.

Reminder: Multiple-choice question (MCQ) exams are marked using a secure automated scoring system.

No additional review or re-marking of these exams can be carried out.
