Submitting an appeal for the DFP

Le français des affaires and its test centers do everything in their power to ensure that the Diplomas in French for Professions are taken under the best possible conditions and with fairness between candidates.

Despite these precautions, did you notice any problems with the organization of the session? Do you have any questions after receiving your results? As a first step, we invite you to contact your exam center.

If you have noticed a serious anomaly or malfunction during your exam, you have the right to submit an appeal.

You may submit an appeal within a maximum of 30 days from the date of issue of the diploma.

Following your appeal, you will receive a response from our services within two weeks.

To do so, we invit you to connect to your user account.

To log in, use the e-mail address you provided when registering.

Then request your password by clicking on “Receive my login password”

• In the event of a serious anomaly or malfunction, you will be offered the opportunity to retake the test(s) concerned, free of charge.
• Once the appeal procedure has been accepted and completed, your new results will be official and your old certificate (and therefore your old scores) will be permanently canceled, regardless of your new results.
