In the event of fraud, falsification, or disruption of the proper conduct of the exam session, sanctions will be imposed by the disciplinary committee of CCI Paris Île-de-France.
During the exam, candidates are strictly prohibited from:
- Using mobile phones or other electronic and digital devices.
- Wearing earbuds, headphones, or any other connected device, except for electronic hearing aids. The supervisor or proctor may ask candidates to uncover their ears.
Communicating with other candidates or with the outside world in any form.
- Using documents during the test, regardless of their format.
- Moving around without prior authorization from the proctor. Any exit from the exam room is final.
Any candidate who fails to comply with these general instructions, or whose behavior disrupts the proper conduct of the test, will be immediately excluded from the exam room, without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken against them.
In the event of an attempt or detection of fraud during the exam, the candidate is prohibited from retaking the Examen civique for the two years following the exam.
It is also forbidden to falsify a results certificate issued by CCI Paris Île-de-France.
